Girl’s Mentor Ages 13-18

My coaching program is uniquely tailored to each girl, focusing on menstrual cycle education, holistic health, body-image empowerment, and confidence building. The program consists of 10 personalized sessions, offered either bi-weekly or weekly.

Let’s break the cycle at a younger age. I will work with you (or your daughter) to understand the power of the female body, how to nourish yourself, build confidence, and prepare for high school, college, or beyond by embracing the light within. By learning the tools to navigate life’s challenges now, she will grow into the most radiant, empowered version of herself—ready to conquer anything the universe throws her way.

College Girl’s Mentor Ages 18-22

Tailored for individual girls, my coaching program supports maintaining a healthy lifestyle in college and beyond. You'll gain lifelong tools for wellness, career growth, goal setting, and confidence. Learn about your body, how to properly fuel yourself, and build habits that last. The program includes 10 personalized sessions, offered bi-weekly or weekly.

Being healthy in college is hard. I know this firsthand—I constantly compared myself to my peers, restricted my eating, drank, fasted, then overate, and found myself stuck in a cycle that felt impossible to break. On top of that, I was navigating a new environment, friendships, and academic pressures. I’ve been through it all, and I’m here to help you implement lasting habits that will support you through any challenges that come your way—preparing you not just for college, but for life beyond graduation.

Women’s Mentor

My coaching program for women of all ages is tailored to each individual, helping you build self-love, confidence, and empowerment in your body. Through 10 personalized sessions (weekly or bi-weekly), you'll learn to eat out of love rather than fear, enjoy food without worrying about weight, and properly fuel your body to feel your best. You'll also reframe your mindset with loving thoughts, embracing the power of a well-rounded, nutritious life.

Hi! I’m Taylor, a certified health coach through Nutritious Life Studio, and I’m here to help teenage girls build confidence, self-love, and a healthy relationship with their bodies.

I grew up in Aspen, Colorado, and later attended CU Boulder, where my passion for health and wellness took center stage. But my journey wasn’t always balanced—I spent years comparing myself to my peers, feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, and chasing an impossible idea of "perfect." In college, my desire to be "healthy" became restrictive. I was obsessed with eating clean and staying thin, to the point where food felt like stress instead of nourishment. I couldn't go out to eat without overthinking every bite. It wasn’t freedom—it was fear.

Everything changed when I worked with a health coach who told me something I’ll never forget: A happy donut is better than a sad salad. That simple truth opened my eyes. I learned how to meet myself where I was, embrace self-love, and find balance instead of control.

Now, I want to help teenage girls discover that same freedom. I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own body, and I also know how powerful it is to reclaim your confidence. Through my coaching, I guide girls to find their inner spark, trust themselves, and build a relationship with food, fitness, and self-care that actually feels good.
