My Coaching Program

Every girl’s journey is unique, which is why my coaching programs are fully personalized. I work with each girl or woman individually, tailoring my approach to their specific needs—whether it’s understanding their menstrual cycle, building confidence, healing their relationship with food, or learning lifelong wellness habits.

How It Works

Step 1: Intake Form & Initial Assessment
Before we begin, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form covering your relationship with food, body image, confidence, friendships, and daily habits. We’ll also discuss any specific challenges you're facing, from navigating school stress to feeling good in your body.

Step 2: Personalized Coaching Plan
Using your intake responses, I’ll create a coaching plan designed specifically for you—helping you build confidence, self-love, and a healthy relationship with your body and mind.

Step 3: 10-Session Coaching Program
We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 10 one-on-one sessions, where I’ll guide you through mindset shifts, self-care strategies, and body-positive tools to help you feel empowered, free, and in control of your life.

The Programs

Menstrual Cycle Education (Ages 10-14)
Learn about the four phases of your cycle, how to track it, and how food, movement, and lifestyle choices can support your body at every stage. This program helps young girls embrace their changing bodies with confidence and knowledge.

Learning to Love Yourself (Ages 14-18)
Overcome negative self-talk, build confidence, and create a healthy relationship with food and your body. This program empowers teenage girls to step into their power, free from comparison, self-doubt, or pressure.

Empowered Woman (Any Age)
For women looking to reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and feel good in their bodies. Learn how to nourish yourself, shift your mindset around food, and embrace self-love so you can live a balanced, fulfilling life without guilt or restriction.

Why It Works

I know what it feels like to struggle with body image, food, and confidence. I’ve been through the challenges of self-doubt, comparison, and unhealthy eating patterns. But I also know that with the right support, you can break free from these struggles and truly love the person you see in the mirror.

My approach is rooted in compassion, personal experience, and proven strategies to help you feel your best—inside and out.
